Alicia Findora, DVM
Dr. Findora sets a high bar for best practices in veterinary medicine and ensures that her staff has what they need to obtain the necessary information so she can give clients a comprehensive diagnosis and create an effective treatment plan. Although her expectations are high, she liberally peppers them with good humor and staff appreciation. She and her daughter live in the area with a large garden surrounded by their brood of chickens, goats, dogs and cats. Dr. Findora loves to listen to audio books while doing her chores.

While a full-time practicing veterinarian, Dr. Dunckel operated one of the area’s most successful general practice veterinary hospitals. With his special training and experience in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, knee surgeries (TTA) became one of his most satisfying procedures. Although now able to indulge his passion for golf and travel, Dr. Dunckel remains committed to veterinary medicine and continues to perform knee surgeries (TTA) for a select number of local veterinary hospitals. Fox Run is proud to say Dr. Dunckel scrubs in with our team whenever there is a need.
Dr. Feliciano

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine - Dentistry
Dr. Feliciano graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in 2019. She began her career at a high-volume general practice in her hometown of Long Island, New York where she developed her passion for preventative medicine, surgery and dentistry. In 2022, Dr. Feliciano moved to Michigan and soon after decided to pursue dentistry full-time. Currently, she is at Fox Run every-other Wednesday.

Practice Manager
Jason
Jason loves animals and despite his never-ending administrative duties he insisted on being
trained in proper animal handling so he could help patients when required. Most of his time,
however, he keeps the hospital running smoothly, whether by managing inventory, implementing
or maintaining hospital services, speaking with clients and vendors, or supervising staff. He cut
his teeth in management at Disneyworld and retains much of its magical spirit, including a Star
Wars obsession. At home, Jason pampers his 2 rescued dogs, who are inseparable litter mates.

Judith Findora, MA, LPC, CRC, (a.k.a. “Judy” or “Mama” Findora) is our Human Resource
Manager. Prior to officially joining the Fox Run team, Judy brought in a homemade lunch for the
hospital staff every Monday during the pandemic lockdown, earning her “Mama Findora” moniker. As
business increased, Judy was brought onboard to fulfill the human resource functions. Professionally,
Judy has a long history in human resources and labor market information and continues to testify as an expert in state and federal hearings.

Megan
Megan began working in veterinary medicine in 2019 and joined the Fox Run team in 2022 as a Veterinary Assistant. Always willing to jump in and assist throughout the hospital, she found her “niche” at the front desk but still assists in treatment whenever needed. Whether in “front” or in
“back”, Megan is soft-spoken, kindhearted, dependable and knows how to get the job done. At
heart Megan is a crazy cat lady. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, cats, and her husband.
Megan is a skilled quilter and loves cozy bonfires at home.

Carlee
Carlee fell in love with a kitten she rescued and bottle fed a few years ago and decided to pursue
a career in veterinary medicine. She thought about training as a technician, but found the front
desk suited her better. She has a ready smile and loves to see people laugh. Carlee likes to work
with her hands by decorating cakes, sewing, crocheting and embroidering. Her four-legged
family consists of a cat, dog, hamster and leopard gecko.

Kyla came to work for us immediately after graduating from Baker's Veterinary Technology program in 2022 and has since become our "go to" technician. In addition to the calming, knowledgeable presence she offers our clients, she excels at training interns and inexperienced staff. When she is not working directly with clients or staff, she is assisting in surgery and recovery. In her spare time, Kyla enjoys reading and spending time with friends. Since she can't be with her cats while at work, you will often find her at a computer with one of our clinic cats on her lap.
Beth

Beth
Beth prefers to work behind the scenes, taking the lead in preparing for surgeries, exams and treatment as well as monitoring the activity in the treatment room so she is always ready to lend a hand. She is an excellent source of information and mentorship for new employees and often provides valuable feedback during the hiring and training process. Beth finds working with pets,
and the people who love them, to be personally fulfilling. Beth is a real motor-city gal who enjoys car shows, motorcycling and snowmobiling with her husband, David.
Mikayla

Mikayla
Mikayla is Dr. Findora’s daughter. She grew up surrounded by animals and started coming to the
hospital after school in kindergarten. As she grew, she began helping the staff with various projects and eventually became an employee. Finishing high school and preparing for college takes up most of her time now, but she still puts on scrubs and clocks in when she can. She loves our employees, clients and everyone’s pets, but thinks her future lies in the field of
biotechnology.
Chris
Assistant Level III
Chris
Chris began his career in veterinary medicine in 2013 and joined our team in 2020. He has the best attitude and pitches in wherever he is needed, but his real talent lies in working with our
clients and their pets, probably because he is passionate about strengthening the bond between
them whenever he can. Having several animals himself (dogs, chickens, ducks and a turkey) he
knows how fulfilling that bond is. Chris spends as much time outdoors as possible, biking,
fishing, horseback riding, etc. when he isn’t spending time with his cherished family. Chris and
his wife Cassidy welcomed daughter Nellie Rosemarie on 11/8/25. Since then, all else pales in comparison.
Jordan
Assistant Level II
Jordan
Jordan brings a host of skills in animal care, including emergency, palliative care and surgical
experience. She performs a variety of functions at Fox Run so you will see her in the exam room
taking histories and answering questions, or she may be in the treatment room assisting with
surgery. She brings a thoughtful approach to what she does and is interested in just about every facet of veterinary medicine and patient care, as well as training and mentoring new staff. Jordan
loves to travel and will be taking her first vacation away from us for her honeymoon in July 2027. She has a great sense of humor and loves to see people laugh.
Alic
Assistant Level II
Alic
Alic has extensive experience in the veterinary world, as an assistant as well as maintaining,
adjusting and repairing the array of medical instruments and equipment used in veterinary
medicine. His well-rounded experience makes him a perfect Level II Assistant with the bonus of keeping all our instruments and lab equipment in top notch, working order. He particularly
enjoys working with clients as part of the examination process and his reviews tell us the clients
feel the same about him. Alic would adopt a bear if he could tame it, but in the meantime, he has dogs and cats at home. Alic is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, mountain biking and
camping.
Tyson
Executive Assistant
Tyson was found as a stray kitten and presented to us in 2020 with ruptured corneas in both eyes and a severe upper respiratory infection. Dr. Findora has a soft spot for grey cats and eye cases, so took up the challenge to get the <1lb kitten back to health. The right eye was too damaged and required immediate surgery to remove it. Happily, the left eye responded to medications and healed leaving only a small scar that is still visible. Tyson is now comfortable and has adequate vision. Tyson now enjoys assisting all members of our team in their duties, as well as regularly greeting clients on the front desk. Tyson’s special interests include giving hugs, playing with toys and lounging in the sun.
Thalia
Activities Director
Talia was surrendered as a kitten to Fox Run in the spring of 2024. Our receptionist,
Barb, took her in as one of her fosters, but Tyson, our Executive Assistant, had other
plans for Talia, and it soon became obvious that she fancied him too. When they aren’t
making friends with patients, or sitting on Kyla’s lap, they are often found curled up
together in the reception area. Talia is young and still in training, so please be patient
with her.
Jackson
Head of Security
Jackson is Dr. Findora’s Australian Shepherd. He can usually be found snoozing under her desk in the office. Jackson previously lived on a working beef farm as an outdoor dog and was surrendered to a local rescue when the family was preparing to move. Dr. Findora was talked into taking him for the weekend by his foster mom and he just never left! Jackson now lives a life of luxury and sleeps with his mom every night. For an Aussie he is a pretty laid back guy. He helps to screen interviewees and boost staff morale.

Public Relations Manager
Molly, our beloved Public Relations Manager, lost her battle with cancer early in 2024.
Many clients knew Molly and spent time with her while they were waiting for their own
pets, and a few even stopped in every now and again just to pet her. She passed
quietly surrounded by the entire staff.
